At Rhythm Hive, accounts that have not been accessed for a year are put into inactive status to protect our users’ valuable personal information. Accounts that have been put into inactive status are deleted or stored separately and managed safely.

Please check the details below for the inactive policy implemented by Rhythm Hive.

■ Date of implementation: After April 21, 2022(Thu) maintenance

■ Implementation Details: Accounts that have not logged into Rhythm Hive game for the past 1 year are put into the inactive account. 

- Notification on inactive account conversion is provided through push messages, etc., from the installed Rhythm Hive application 30 days before the conversion.

- If you do not wish to put your Rhythm Hive account into the inactive state, please log in to the game immediately.

- Even if you have not logged in for a year and the account is inactive, the account will be active again by re-accessing Rhythm Hive. If you deleted Rhythm Hive, you can re-access your account by logging in with the linked social media account. 

- Personal information of inactive accounts is deleted or stored separately and managed safely.  

Rhythm Hive will continue to strive to protect personal information and provide reliable services.
