If you want to deactivate your account, 

you can do so under Settings⚙️ - Account Management - Deactivate at the top right corner of the game.

After requesting for your withdrawal, you will not be able to access the game anymore

If you would like to request for a cancellation of your withdrawal,

you can log in to the game within 30 days and carry out the withdrawal cancellation.

❗❗ Your account will be permanently deleted 30 days after the withdrawal request, 

so by then, we will not be able to help you recover your account!

Once you delete the BTS Island: In the SEOM application from your device after deactivating your account, 

the last login information stored on your device will also be deleted.
