What are monthly membership products (subscription products)?

Monthly membership products are subscription products.

You can get the Monthly Gem Membership or the Monthly Booster Membership in BTS Island.

Subscription products offer special perks during the subscription period.


Monthly membership products are billed on a monthly basis, and will automatically renew at the end of each monthly subscription period.

If you do not manually cancel the subscription, it will automatically renew every month, and the cost will be charged accordingly.


❗ Note

1. If you cancel your subscription during the subscription period, the perks will continue until the subscription period ends and the subscription will not automatically renew afterwards.

2. Until you cancel the subscription manually, it will automatically renew each month and you will be billed accordingly. 

3. If you do not cancel a subscription 24 hours before it ends, the subscription may automatically be renewed and billed.

4. You may be charged for the renewal 24 hours before the end of the subscription.

5. Subscription / renewal costs will be charged to the payment method registered on your Apple ID / Google ID.

6. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through Google Play Store’s / App Store’s Account Settings.

7. You must manually cancel your subscriptions when deleting the app or deactivating your account in order to avoid being charged for subscription fees.

8. One account cannot simultaneously receive subscription perks from both Apple / Google purchases.

9. If you are subscribed to a monthly membership product, you will receive the subscription rewards when you log in to your account, regardless of the device (Android/iOS) you are on.

10. Partial refunds are unavailable for subscription products.

11. [Immediate Rewards] from subscription products are provided when you first subscribe, or when the subscription gets renewed. [Daily Login Rewards] can be acquired once every 24 hours from the moment of subscription when you log in.

12. If you cancel the subscription on an account where the subscription product is applied, then start the subscription on a new account, the new account will receive the effects of the subscription.

Refunds may be limited on products that grant you immediate perks upon purchase.
