The monthly membership product is not renewing automatically.

The following issues may occur depending on the Apple / Google Account Settings or changes you are using.

Please refer to the following.


[Simple payment errors]

- If payment has been made but the monthly membership product is not applied after the subscription period has ended

- Attempt to restore in-game purchase

1. Attempt to purchase an in-game item (without actually completing the purchase by going to the purchase screen and then pressing the back button to cancel the transaction)

2. Fully exit the game and then launch it again


[If your Google / Apple account has been changed]

- Attempt to log in with the Google / Apple account that was previously charged for the subscription


[If your payment method has been changed]

- Delete the registered payment method on Google / Apple, then re-register it
