The subscription perks of the monthly membership product are not being applied.

If your payment has been successfully processed but the perks are not being applied, please refer to the following.


[Verify the linked payment account]

1. Verify if the Google / Apple account you are using to make the payments is linked to your game account


[Attempt to restore in-game purchase]

1. Attempt to purchase an in-game item (without actually completing the purchase by going to the purchase screen and then pressing the back button to cancel the transaction)

2. Fully exit the game and then launch it again


If the subscription perks are still not being applied even after trying the above methods,
