Monthly membership products apply their effect on an account for the duration of the subscription immediately after payment.

Therefore, it is difficult to refund a subscription that has been activated and paid for.

If you no longer wish to automatically renew the subscription,

please cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the subscription ends. 

However, purchases made by a minor without a legal guardian’s consent may be canceled.

1. If you cancel the subscription within 24 hours of a subscription’s expiration, you may be charged the subscription renewal cost.

    If you do not wish to automatically renew your subscription, please cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before it ends.

2. If you cancel your subscription during the subscription period, the perks will continue until the subscription period ends and the subscription will not automatically renew afterwards.

3. Partial refunds are unavailable for subscription products.
